Women of the 21st Century: Stop Surviving - Start Thriving

We’re committed to getting London moving! Our goal is simple – to get 1 million people healthy over the next two years.
Each minute 73 people die of cancer and heart disease worldwide. By simply engaging in high intensity exercise for 30 minutes three times a week, you’ve halved that risk.
Every year since 2012 we’ve funded over £20,000 to provide 200 free boot camps for more than 15,000 people. Following this great success, we are ready for the next step – join us in our first event aimed exclusively at women on the 30th January at the Tabernacle in Notting Hill, London.
We are a team of doctors passionate about empowering individuals to promote their health and help prevent disease; we’ll talk you through how fitness, lifestyle, mind-set and even sex can impact your wellbeing (read more: "Find Your Posture & Change Your Life").
Celebrated designer Julian Macdonald will be speaking on the profound effect that nutrition and exercise have had on his mind, body and business. We will finish with some inspirational career insights from renowned Professor Alex Edmans.
