We REMAIN OPEN during National Lockdown for face-to-face and remote consultations
At Body Spheres our priority is the health and well-being of all our patients.
Following the latest government announcement, as regulated healthcare professionals we are able to stay open and continue to provide care for our patients who need it.
The latest rules allow you to travel for very specific purposes such as to attend healthcare appointments. Therefore, our Clinics REMAIN OPEN to support you.
However, we urge you to consider the risks associated with leaving your home and travelling to visit us in the clinic before booking an appointment.
We also remain available via Remote Video Consultations if you prefer to avoid travel for the time-being, or if you or a member of your household is currently in isolation or shielding. Please email us on or contact our receptionists on 0333 800 8404 to discuss your preferred availability.
If you or a member of your household are currently unwell or exhibiting symptoms of COVID or if you have been advised to isolate or quarantine, please contact us to postpone your appointment or to book a remote consultation.
We have taken a number of measures to ensure that we continue to provide you with the safest possible care:
Upon arrival at the clinic, please sanitise your hands. Your practitioner will check your temperature using a contactless device. Masks are available for you, we ask that all patients wear one.
The following measures have also been introduced to aid social distancing:
Appointments are staggered to avoid crowding
We ask that you come alone or, in the case of minors, accompanied by one adult only - if you wish to bring a chaperone, please let us know ahead of your appointment as we may need to perform a risk assessment
All practitioners wear a mask within the clinic and appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) during consultations.
All hygiene protocols have been enhanced and the clinic room is disinfected between each patient.
Patients are encouraged to avoid cash payments and the card terminal is disinfected after each use with appropriate agent.

DATA PROTECTION & COVID-19
In order to look after your healthcare needs and in accordance with legal requirements in place due to COVID-19, we may urgently need to share your personal information, including medical records, with clinical and non-clinical staff who belong to organisations that are legally permitted to use your information and need to use it to help deal with the pandemic. This enables public health organisations to monitor the disease, assess risk and manage its spread. Please be assured that we will only share information and health data that is absolutely necessary to meet yours and public healthcare needs.
